WeaseU Warranty and Return Policy

We value your satisfaction and aim to provide excellent customer service. Please review our comprehensive warranty and return policy for WeaseU products:

Limited Warranty:

  1. All WeaseU products are covered by a 1 year Limited Warranty from the date of purchase. To qualify for warranty service, the defective product must be returned to WeaseU along with an itemized receipt as proof of purchase.
  2. The Limited Warranty applies only to products returned within year of the in-store purchase date. If a product is found to be defective by WeaseU, a replacement product will be provided. Please note that the replacement product may come in a sealed generic package, subject to availability.
  3. The Limited Warranty is strictly limited to the repair or replacement of the purchased product and does not cover damages caused by physical or natural destruction, misuse, or other external causes. Any damage, rips, or tears to the material of a product are not covered under warranty. Defects resulting from manufacturer faults will qualify as defective products and will be replaced at the discretion of WeaseU.

Warranty Claim Process:

  1. To initiate a warranty claim, please contact WeaseU directly at sammy@weaseu.com.
  2. All return product claims MUST be authorized by WeaseU. Failure to obtain authorization before returning the product may result in the refusal of the shipment at the sender's expense.
  3. Once the return is authorized, please clearly mark the customer's name and shipping information on the shipping box.
  4. The customer is responsible for the shipping and handling costs when returning the product to WeaseU. WeaseU will cover the shipping costs associated with sending the replacement item back to the customer. However, if the item is found to be working properly upon review, WeaseU will not cover the costs to return the item back to the customer.
